The Power of Heart is a deep dive into the inner psyche, to meet, recognise and challenge the stories and beliefs that govern your life experience.
It is a powerful opportunity to explore how it is that you wish to create your life, to know what it is that holds you back, and to anchor into the true power that you carry.
The Power of Heart Workshop includes holistic teachings, guided meditation journeys, self-reflective processes and integration practices to transform your perspectives of yourself and your life.
Day 1 is discovery of unconscious patterns and behaviours, the Mind.
Day 2 is self-realisation and opening in to a new Mind through the Heart.
